Jag skapar konferenser med toppbetyg och som leder till det syfte och mål som vi kommit överens om. Med min bakgrund som mental coach skapas en bra prestationsmiljö för alla som medverkar i konferensen och mina processer och arbetssätt gör det lätt att samskapa en positiv helhetsupplevelse tillsammans.
Jag tycker lika mycket om att dyka ned i havet som jag älskar att fördjupa mig i olika ämnen och i de medverkandes unika styrkor och kunskaper.
Min bakgrund sträcker sig alltifrån idrottskarriär på internationell nivå, till utvecklingsarbete i både privat- och offentlig verksamhet. Det ger mig en förmåga att leda dialogen mot konferensens mål och även vidare in i den dagliga verksamheten – så att riktigt goda förutsättningar skapas för lyckas med era mål!

Yamina is an incredible moderator, both for speakers and audiences. When I took part in the TEDx Lighthouse event, she made all of us speakers feel safe, seen, and genuinely supported.
