As a mental coach, I have learned to listen deeply, understand different perspectives, and get to the heart of complex challenges. I have a natural ability to guide conversations towards what really matters, bring out what lies beneath the words, and help people truly meet one another. This allows me to design meetings, lead working processes, and facilitate conversations that create clarity, participation, and momentum.
